VIP Club Terms

The SeannyCells VIP Discount Club is a monthly discount-and-perks membership provided by Seannys Cells LLC of West Palm Beach, FL. It gives members a standing discount on repair labor and parts we perform, a free screen protector, and priority scheduling.

It is NOT insurance and NOT a service warranty or service contract. It does not promise, prepay, or guarantee any specific future repair, and it does not cover loss, theft, defects, or replacement of your device. It is simply a discount on our regular repair services if and when you choose to use them. There is no underwriter and no claims process.

Membership does not obligate you to have any repair done, and does not obligate us to perform a repair we determine is not feasible.

VIP Essential ($5.99/mo — older and budget phones): 15% off any repair, plus one free standard screen protector per membership year.

VIP Standard ($9.99/mo — current mainstream phones): 20% off any repair, plus one free standard screen protector per membership year.

VIP Pro ($14.99/mo — Pro, Plus, Ultra, and Max flagships): 20% off any repair, one free premium screen protector with installation per membership year, and top-priority scheduling.

Discounts apply to our standard posted repair pricing at the time of service and cannot be combined with other promotions. Foldable phones (Galaxy Z Fold/Flip, Motorola Razr, and similar) are not eligible.

One device per membership. At signup you provide the device model and IMEI or serial number so we can attach your discount to the right phone.

When you add the membership while buying a phone from us, it is registered to that phone automatically. When enrolling your own phone, text us at 561-319-3546 so we can confirm the device on file.

Your repair discount is active as soon as the membership is registered — there is no waiting period and no pre-inspection required, because the membership does not include any prepaid repair.

Text 561-319-3546 to schedule any repair and mention your membership. We apply your discount to that repair automatically.

The discount applies to any repair we offer — screen, battery, charging port, camera, and more. Your free screen protector can be claimed once per membership year; just ask when you visit.

Perks are for the registered device and are not transferable between people. You may move your membership to a new device anytime by texting us.

Membership bills monthly through Stripe and continues until cancelled. Cancel anytime — online from the "Manage or cancel plan" button in your Account page at seannyscells.com/account, by texting 561-319-3546, or through the Stripe link on your receipt. Perks run through the end of the paid month. No partial-month refunds.

If a monthly payment fails and is not resolved, membership perks pause until billing resumes.

We may change membership pricing with 30 days notice; you can cancel before any new price takes effect.

This membership is offered and governed in Florida. Nothing in it is intended to create a service warranty under Florida Statutes Chapter 634; it is a discount program only.
