They are verified pre-owned devices. Every phone is a one-of-a-kind unit that goes through our verification process — IMEI check, carrier/lock check, and battery measurement — before it can be listed. The condition badge on each listing tells you exactly what to expect.

What do the condition badges mean?

Accepted Answer

Like New (green) means minimal wear with strong battery health, typically 95%+. Very Good (blue) means light wear and 80–94% battery. Good (yellow) means visible wear or lower battery health but fully functional. The measured battery percentage is shown right on each listing.

How do I actually buy a phone?

Tap "Text to Buy" on any listing — it opens a pre-written text to us with that exact phone. We confirm it is still available, answer any questions, and arrange payment and handoff. You can also just call 561-319-3546.

How does the trade-in estimate work?

Accepted Answer

The estimator covers 160+ phone models — iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, OnePlus, Motorola, and LG — and prices offers from current market data based on your model, storage, condition, carrier status, and battery health. We buy any phone in any condition, including cracked or locked-out devices. The final offer is confirmed after we inspect the phone; if you do not like the number, there is no obligation — you get your phone back.

Can I mail in my phone for a trade-in?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Get your estimate on the site, text us to accept, and we email you a prepaid shipping label — shipping costs you nothing. Once your phone arrives, we run the same verification we use on everything we sell, confirm the final offer, and send your payment by Cash App or PayPal (cash if you are local). If the offer changes after inspection and you decline it, we ship your phone back to you at no cost.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty, and every phone we sell comes with a 30-day guarantee. If something is not right, text us and we will make it right.
